Tasks of the Medical Board
- Developing proposals for the structural and professional advancement of clinics at all locations
- Creating indication-specific treatment pathways while considering economic aspects and developing best practice models
- Designing strategies to promote the public image and relevance of rehabilitation services
- Exchanging ideas on staff recruitment, retention, employee satisfaction, and creating a welcoming culture
- Developing strategies to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration among medical, therapeutic, and nursing staff
- Presenting developed concepts to the medical management of Michels Clinics
